The Brand Manager will serve as the pivotal point person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the SABRE Brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcasts, etc.)  events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.


  • Helps shape SABRE's brand strategy
  • Plans and executes integrated global marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned brand channels
  • Ensures seamless brand integration across SABRE's entire product portfolio/ lines of business
  • Lives and breathes each of the 4C's of SABRE's business acquiring a deep understanding of the Consumer, Culture, Category, and Company.
  • Creates plans for driving new client accounts, deepening existing client relationships, and raising the profile and health the SABRE brand.
  • Drives continuous process and outcome improvement for Sabre's brand marketing team.
  • Provides a steady stream of inspiration (brand, category, culture) to the brand team that results in more breakthrough and brand-building ideas
  • Tracks KPI's (brand and business) while actively helping to measure, report, and optimize the work.
  • Oversees creative agency work - All marketing communication assets (sales collateral, package design, consumer advertising, social platform, brand ID, etc)
  • Manages all SEO and SEM initiatives
  • Evaluates and recommends UX improvements to our website and ecomm platform
  • Manages our Creative and Media Agency relationships
  • Assists in the development/deployment of the annual Brand Plans, plus all supporting assets
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned


  • 5 Years + Brand marketing and/or advertising strategy experience
  • Demonstrates Versatility. Multidisciplinary. Omni-channel experience.
  • Proficiency and fluency in social, mobile, SEO Strategy, SEM, and emerging media
  • Experience in autonomously managing campaign development
  • Experience in managing agency relationships
  • Strong business and marketing acumen
  • Results oriented - knows how to track results and provides optimization recommendations
  • Nimble
  • Thinks and acts fast on his/her feet
  • Creative minded - can inspire and evaluate great creative
  • Solid presentation skills - both in creation and delivery
  • Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (ie, Marketo), CRM Platforms (ie, Salesforce) , Social Media Management Platforms (ie, Sprout Social), and Asset Creation Platforms (ie, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in Global marketing adapting strategies and tactics across multiple geographies
  • Trade show marketing experience
  • CPG & Retail experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • MBA is a plus
  • 15% Travel
