PRIMARY ROLES:

Digital Subject Matter Expert Architects the strategy and oversees the implementation of all aspects of SABRE's digital ecosystem. Collaborator and advisor to the Brand Manager to ensure fully integrated, omni-channel marketing for the SABRE Brand. A leader who shares and teaches best practices to the SABRE Sales and Marketing organization

E-Comm and Search Master Accountable for steady YOY growth of SABRE's EComm channels (Amazon.com, Sabrered.com, Walmart.com, Jet.com), and improvement in SABRE's organic search performance

Digital Trend Spotter Accountable for helping SABRE stay one step ahead on digital marketing.  Introducing SABRE to new/emerging digital marketing capabilities and Media/Content partners

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Subject Matter Expert

  • In partnership with Brand Manager, creates a full year Digital Marketing Strategy/Plan for the SABRE brand.
  • Creates plans for driving new client accounts, deepening existing client relationships, and raising the profile and health of the SABRE brand though all e-channels
  • Creates documents that establishes and institutes best practices in digital marketing for SABRE. Drives continuous digital process and outcome improvement for SABRE's brand marketing team
  • Creates strategy that codifies and evangelizes SABRE's Social Voice across our organization and to our agency partners
  • Plans and creates content and campaigns across social, mobile, and email. Develops content for blog posts, social posts, trade articles, sales presentations

E-Comm and Search Master

  • Closely monitors, manages and reports on the SEO/SEM efforts of Agency Partners to ensure continuous improvement in search results (Google and Amazon).
  • Analyzes web traffic metrics and suggests solutions to boost SABRE's web presence
  • Monitors, manages and provides ongoing recommendations for optimizing SABRE's Amazon sales channel including ASIN and A+ Content improvements
  • Works with our International Sales Team to expands our EComm footprint to international markets
  • Evaluates and recommends UX improvements to our website, mobile and EComm platforms
  • Creates tracking documents to monitor digital KPI's (upper and lower funnel) while actively helping to measure, report, and optimize the work.

Digital Trend Spotter

  • Provides a steady stream of inspiration (brand, category, culture) to the brand team that results in more breakthrough and brand-building ideas
  • Constantly seeks out emerging media trends and opportunities
  • Constantly seeks out digital content opportunities Native, Bloggers, Influencers

Other

  • Partners with Customer Care team to oversee community management of SABRE's social platforms
  • Creates technical and experiential audit of SABRE's Website. Provides a recommendation for optimizing the site
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Table Stakes:

  • 5 Years + digital marketing and/or digital advertising strategy experience
  • Deep experience and proven track record in EComm planning, execution and optimization. Proven track record marketing on Amazon, and experience navigating Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • A mastery and fluency in Search (SEO/SEM) social, mobile, and emerging media
  • The ability to create content for social, site development, blogs, Email
  • Experience in autonomously managing digital campaign development
  • Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e., Marketo), CRM Platforms (i.e., Salesforce) , Social Media Management Platforms (i.e., Sprout Social), and Asset Creation Platforms (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Solid presentation skills - both in creation and delivery

  • Excels at out-of-the-box thinking and are creative yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific targets by using different digital medium
  • Creative minded - can inspire and evaluate great digital/social content and engagement
  • A perpetual student of human behavior and how they interact with digital media.
  • A voracious appetite for staying ahead on digital trends - an eye for what's hot in the world before anyone else does and closely follows trends related to how consumers are accessing information
  • A world-class collaborator skilled at working with offline marketers to collaborate on marketing campaigns across all media outlets.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen
  • Results oriented - knows how to track results and provides optimization recommendations
  • Experience in Global marketing adapting strategies and tactics across multiple geographies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Communications

Nice-to-Have's:

  • Experience in managing agency relationships
  • Experience in using social listening tools like Sysymos, Crimson Hex, MotiveQuest, Radian6, etc.
  • CPG & Retail experience
  • Versed at Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • MBA is a plus

  • Increase in search page and position rankings on Google and Amazon across SABRE's entire product portfolio
  • Increase in site traffic and engagement on Sabrered.com
  • Increase in positive reviews on Amazon and Google
  • Increase in sales via Amazon, Sabrered.com, Walmart.com, Jet.com and our other retailer's .com channels
  • Increase in SABRE social channel engagement (# of followers, shares, views etc.)
  • Increase in online content viewership and shares
  • Positive ROI on digital media campaigns
  • Improved UI/UX on Sabrered.com
