The Digital Content Strategist will serve as the pivotal subject matter expert for developing and executing marketing initiatives across SABRE's Digital, Mobile, Social, Email, and Ecomm channels. These initiatives and activities are inclusive, but not limited to Paid/Sponsored social content development, SEO, SEM, website/mobile audit and optimization.


  • Lead the charge for full digital integration into SABRE's brand strategy
  • Develops a full year Digital Marketing Strategy for the SABRE brand
  • Architects the Digital marketing vision and customer journey
  • Establishes and institutes best practices in digital marketing for SABRE
  • Codifies and evangelizes SABRE's Social Voice across our organization and to our agency partners
  • Plans and executes campaigns across social, mobile, and email
  • Ensures seamless brand integration across SABRE's entire product portfolio/ lines of business
  • Lives and breathes each of the 4C's of SABRE's business acquiring a deep understanding of the Consumer, Culture, Category, and Company.
  • Creates plans for driving new client accounts, deepening existing client relationships, and raising the profile and health the SABRE brand though all e-channels.
  • Drives continuous digital process and outcome improvement for Sabre's brand marketing team.
  • Provides a steady stream of inspiration (brand, category, culture) to the brand team that results in more breakthrough and brand-building ideas
  • Tracks digital KPI's (upper and lower funnel) while actively helping to measure, report, and optimize the work.
  • Oversees creative agency work ensures full integration with offline marketing initiatives
  • Analyzes web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor and manages SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Monitors and manages community management of SABRE's social platforms
  • Evaluates and recommends UX improvements to our website, mobile and ecomm platforms
  • Assists in the development/deployment of the annual Brand Plans, plus all supporting assets
  • Constantly seeks out emerging media trends and opportunities
  • Constantly seeks out digital content opportunities Native, Bloggers, Influencers, Geo
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned


  • 6 Years + digital marketing and/or digital advertising strategy experience
  • A mastery and fluency in social, mobile, SEO Strategy, SEM, and emerging media
  • Possesses a wide knowledge of digital and other content delivery platforms
  • Excels at out-of-the-box thinking and are creative yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific market targets by using different digital medium
  • A perpetual student of human behavior and how they interact with digital media.
  • A voracious appetite for staying ahead on digital trends - an eye for what's hot in the world before anyone else does and closely follows trends related to how consumers are accessing information
  • A world-class collaborator skilled at working with offline marketers to collaborate on marketing campaigns across all media outlets.
  • Experience in autonomously managing digital campaign development
  • Experience in managing agency relationships
  • Strong business and marketing acumen
  • Results oriented - knows how to track results and provides optimization recommendations
  • Creative minded - can inspire and evaluate great digital/social content and engagement
  • Solid presentation skills - both in creation and delivery
  • Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e., Marketo), CRM Platforms (i.e., Salesforce), Social Media Management Platforms (i.e., Sprout Social), and Asset Creation Platforms (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in Global marketing adapting strategies and tactics across multiple geographies
  • CPG & Retail experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or Communications
  • Versed at Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Experience in using social listening tools like Sysymos, Crimson Hex, MotiveQuest, Radian6, etc.
  • MBA is a plus
